01 Day: Arrival Delhi

Welcome to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Our representative will assist and escort you by an air-conditioned car to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in, you will be provided with all the necessary documents related to your tour, and any queries regarding the itinerary and services will be explained. The evening is free for leisure and individual activities or you may visit the Red Fort to see captivating light and sound show. Overnight stay at the hotel.


02 Day: Delhi

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, visiting the majestic Red Fort (from outside) and Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Continue to Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Later, explore New Delhi, driving past the Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House) and the iconic India Gate. Visit Humayun’s Tomb, the historic Qutub Minar, and the lotus-shaped Lotus Temple. Also visit the Birla Mandir and ISKCON Temple. In the evening, explore Connaught Place, one of Delhi’s most popular shopping and commercial hubs, along with the vibrant lanes of Chandni Chowk. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.


03 Day: Delhi - Chandigarh (250 km / 5 hrs)

After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Chandigarh. On arrival, you will be assisted to your hotel. After some time to relax, proceed for a city tour visiting the famous Rock Garden, a unique artistic space featuring sculptures created from recycled materials such as metal, ceramics and industrial waste. Continue to the Doll Museum, which houses an interesting collection of dolls and puppets from over 25 countries, offering insight into diverse cultures. Chandigarh, known for its well-planned layout and modern architecture, presents a refreshing contrast to traditional Indian cities. After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Chandigarh.


04 Day: Chandigarh – Shimla (115 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Shimla. On arrival, you will be assisted to your hotel. After some time to refresh, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit the historic Viceregal Lodge, now the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, located on Observatory Hill and known for its colonial architecture. Continue to the iconic Christ Church, built in neo-Gothic style, followed by Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point, and the revered Sankat Mochan Temple. In the evening, explore The Mall Road, the main promenade lined with colonial buildings, shops and cafés, offering a lively atmosphere and scenic views. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Shimla.


05 Day: Shimla (Excursion to Kufri and Naldehra)

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Kufri (approx. 16 km), known as the winter sports hub of the region. Here, you may enjoy optional activities such as horse or yak riding, and even try traditional Himachali attire for photographs (on direct payment). Later, continue to Naldehra, renowned for its scenic beauty and one of the oldest golf courses in India, set amidst lush cedar forests. On clear days, distant views of the Himalayan ranges can be seen. Return to Shimla and visit the popular Mall Road, lined with colonial-era buildings, shops and cafés. The evening is free for leisure to explore the surroundings at your own pace. Overnight stay at the hotel in Shimla.


06 Day: Shimla – Kullu – Manali (280 km / 8 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Manali. En route, enjoy scenic views of Pandoh Dam, Mandi, the flowing Beas River, and the historic Dussehra Maidan. You may also stop at Kullu to visit local shawl factories, known for their handwoven woollen products and traditional craftsmanship. Continue your drive through the picturesque mountain landscape and arrive in Manali by evening. On arrival, you will be assisted to your hotel. The rest of the evening is free for leisure and individual activities. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.


07 Day: Manali

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Manali. Visit the serene Hadimba Devi Temple, set amidst cedar forests, followed by the Manu Temple, associated with Sage Manu, believed to be the creator of mankind. Continue to the Club House, a popular recreation spot, and explore the vibrant Tibetan Monasteries, known for their colorful architecture and handicrafts. Visit Vashisht Village, located on the banks of the Beas River, famous for its natural hot springs and ancient temples dedicated to Sage Vashisht and Lord Rama. If time permits, you may also visit the Mountaineering Institute. In the evening, explore the lively Mall Road, offering a mix of shops, cafés and local experiences. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Manali.


08 Day: Manali (Rohtang Pass Excursion 55 kms one way)

After breakfast, set out on an excursion to the spectacular Rohtang Pass (3,979 m), located on the highway to Keylong and Leh. This high-altitude pass offers breathtaking panoramic views and serves as a gateway to the Lahaul–Spiti region. En route, stop at scenic points such as Kothi, Rahala Falls, and Marhi, known for their stunning landscapes and cascading waterfalls. As you ascend, enjoy views of snow-capped peaks, glaciers, and the flowing Chandra River in the Lahaul Valley. The twin peaks of Geypan add to the dramatic backdrop. You may also enjoy activities such as snow play, short treks, or skiing (seasonal). Later, return to Manali. The evening is free to relax and unwind. Overnight stay at the hotel.


09 Day: Manali - Parwanoo (280 kms: 8 hrs)

Early morning, check out from the hotel and drive to Parwanoo. The journey offers scenic views of winding mountain roads, lush valleys, and the soaring peaks of the Shivalik Hills. On arrival, you will be assisted to your hotel. After some time to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty of this quiet hill destination. In the evening, you may experience the Timber Trail cable car ride, which connects two hills across the Shivalik range and offers panoramic views of the landscape. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Parwanoo.


10 Day: Parwanoo - Delhi (265 kms: 5 – 6 hrs) - Home Town:

After breakfast, the morning is free for relaxation. Later, check out from the hotel and drive to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi to board your scheduled flight to your hometown. On departure, the tour concludes with pleasant memories.

Tour Pricing Details:

The final cost of a customized tour varies depending on accommodation choices, travel period, number of travellers and individual preferences. While an exact quotation can be provided upon finalization of details, the following indicative price range will help you plan your holiday (based on a minimum of two persons sharing a double room together).

  1. 2-Star: $65 - $85 per person per day
  2. 3-Star: $85 - $100 per person per day
  3. 4-Star: $110 - $170 per person per day
  4. 5-Star: $175 - $250 + per person per day.

This tour package includes:

  1. Hotel accommodation on a twin-sharing basis with buffet breakfast.
  2. Hotel accommodation in Shimla, Manali and Parwanoo with buffet breakfast and dinner.
  3. Air-conditioned car with an English-speaking driver for all transfers, sightseeing and intercity travel.
  4. Vehicle services from airport pick-up until final departure.
  5. Driver allowance (food and accommodation).
  6. All toll taxes, entry permits and parking charges.
  7. English or multilingual guide during sightseeing.

This tour package excludes:

  1. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5% on the tour package.
  2. Any international or domestic air or train fares.
  3. Monument and sightseeing entry fees.
  4. Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, tips, phone calls, insurance, portage, beverages and meals not specified.
  5. Anything not mentioned under “Package Inclusions” is not included in the tour.

Important Notes:

  1. This is a customized private tour, and the itinerary and services can be modified as per your preferences.
  2. Rohtang Pass remains closed on Tuesdays.
  3. Any specific requirements such as special interest tours, conferences, seminars, shopping, festivals, safaris, excursions, meal plans or accommodation upgrades can be arranged at an additional cost.
  4. During national events, major sports events, New Year, Christmas, fairs and festivals, package costs may vary accordingly.
  5. Air-conditioning in vehicles may be limited or switched off during hilly drives to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
