If you arrive early enough, after refreshment take a sightseeing tour of Guwahati, visiting the Kamakhya Temple, Umananda Temple and the astronomical Navagraha Temple. Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to the Eco Camp near the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border. The camp is set close to the river Bhorelli, and in the evening take a walk along its banks, an ideal opportunity for scenic photography. The surrounding area forms part of the landscape adjoining Nameri National Park and the Pakhui (Pakke) Sanctuary, with the Jia-Bhoroli and its tributaries flowing through the forest region. The Eco Camp offers comfortable double-bedded tents with a thatched roof canopy, providing a simple stay close to nature. Return to the camp at dusk for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the camp and transfer to Dirang. The drive passes through the high mountain terrain of the eastern Himalayas, with panoramic views along the route. On arrival, check into the hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, visit Dirang Dzong and explore the local market. Dirang lies in a picturesque valley between Bomdila and Tawang and is home to the Monpa community, whose traditions and heritage share cultural links with Western Bhutan. Its lower altitude than Bomdila gives the valley a milder climate, while the surrounding mountains and river valley make it a base for trekkers and mountaineers. Dinner and overnight stay in Dirang.

After breakfast, visit the Hot Water Spring in Dirang. Later check out from the hotel and drive towards Tawang. En route cross Sela Pass, a high mountain pass in Arunachal Pradesh at approximately 13,700 feet above mean sea level, marking the entry into the Tawang Valley. The area is also associated with Paradise Lake, regarded as a sacred lake, while the surrounding region is traditionally associated with numerous lakes holding religious significance for the Buddhist community. Continue the drive to Tawang and, on arrival, transfer to the hotel. Later the evening is free to explore the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in Tawang.

After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Tawang. Visit Tawang Monastery, more than 350 years old and founded by Merak Lama Lodre Gyatso in 1681 in accordance with the wishes of the 5th Dalai Lama, Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso. The monastery is one of the most important centres of Tibetan Buddhism in the region and provides an opportunity to understand the religious traditions and cultural heritage of the Monpa community. Spend time interacting with the resident lamas and learning about the monastery's Buddhist traditions. After lunch, visit a local Monpa Tribal Village to experience the community's traditional way of life and cultural heritage. Later return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, transfer to Bomdila, situated at an altitude of approximately 8,000 feet. The journey returns through the mountain landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh before reaching the headquarters of West Kameng district. On arrival, check into the hotel. Time permitting, take a sightseeing tour of Bomdila town, including its Gompas or Buddhist monasteries and the local market. Bomdila has a strong Buddhist and Tibetan cultural influence, while its surrounding hills and apple orchards form an important part of the landscape. Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The journey gradually leaves the higher mountain terrain and continues towards the foothills. On arrival, check into the hotel and settle in. If time permits, visit the local market in the evening for an introduction to the everyday life and local atmosphere of the city. Itanagar lies at the foothills at approximately 350 metres above mean sea level and is home to the Nyishi/Nyishi community, while people from different parts of India also live in the city. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Itanagar.

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Ziro. En route visit Nyishi Villages, providing an opportunity to observe local architecture, community life and traditions. On arrival in Ziro, check into the hotel. Ziro is situated on the Apatani Plateau, a high valley enclosed by pine-covered hills and known for its distinctive paddy-cum-fish cultivation practiced by the Apatani people. The valley is also associated with the Subansiri and other rivers and streams of the region. In the evening, visit the local markets for shopping and exploring local products. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, begin a sightseeing and photography tour through the Apatani Villages around Ziro. The region is one of the most traditional areas of Arunachal Pradesh and provides an opportunity to understand the distinctive culture of the Apatani community. The Apatani are known for their agricultural practices, particularly the traditional combination of wetland rice cultivation and fish farming, which forms an important part of life on the plateau. One of the day's experiences is a walk from Kabu Village to Paya Village, following a scenic route along the River Siang. After breakfast, depart for Dibrugarh in Assam. Along the way, visit more villages and continue through the changing landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. The journey includes a ferry crossing of the Brahmaputra River to reach Dibrugarh. Known as the Tea Capital of Assam, Dibrugarh is surrounded by numerous tea estates and is an important centre of Assam's tea industry. The town lies on the banks of the Brahmaputra, with large tea-growing areas extending around the city and along NH-37. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. In the morning, transfer from Dibrugarh to Mon in Nagaland. The drive passes through the lush green tea estates of Assam before entering the tribal landscapes of Nagaland. En route, visit the ancient monuments of the Ahom Kingdom, offering a glimpse into the historical heritage of Assam. Mon is inhabited primarily by the Konyak tribe, with a sizable number of Ao Nagas, and is known for retaining many traditional aspects of Konyak culture. The Konyaks are skilled artisans and craftsmen, known for woodcarving and traditional objects including dao machetes, guns, gunpowder containers, head brushes and necklaces. On arrival, check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Mon.

After a leisurely breakfast, commence an excursion to Longwa Village, perched on a ridge along the India-Myanmar border. The village is one of the distinctive settlements of the Konyak region and offers an opportunity to experience the community's traditional way of life in this remote border landscape. Later visit the surrounding Mon Villages to see traditional houses, local craftsmanship and the cultural character of the Konyak people. The Konyaks are particularly known for their woodcarving and traditional handicrafts. Return to Mon by late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay in Mon.

Today morning, check out from the hotel and drive to Tuensang, the homeland of the Chang, Yimchunger, Khiamungan, Sangtam and Phom Nagas. En route, visit more villages of the Upper Konyak tribes, providing further opportunities to experience the diverse tribal cultures of Nagaland. Tuensang is known for its rich cultural heritage, colourful traditional dress, dances, songs, handicrafts and handloom products. The region is also associated with the Chang tradition and its stories of ancestral origins. On arrival, check into the Government Guest House. Dinner and overnight stay in Tuensang.

After breakfast, drive to Noklak, the administrative centre of the Khiamniungan Naga community. The route passes through the eastern hills of Nagaland and provides further opportunities to observe the region's rural landscapes and tribal settlements. On arrival, check into the Circuit House. Later, if time permits, visit the Old Noklak Village and experience its traditional setting and local character. The visit offers a closer look at the cultural landscape of the Khiamniungan people and their traditional village environment. Return to the Circuit House after sightseeing. After breakfast, drive to Pangsha, one of the oldest villages of the Khiamungan tribe. Located on the slope of the hills, the village commands views over the surrounding areas. Walk through Pangsha to experience the traditional way of life and interact with local people. Pangsha is the last village on the Indian side of the border. From here, continue to Dan, a small place established to promote trading between people from across the border, and meet and interact with the people settled there. The visit provides a rare opportunity to experience everyday life in this remote border region. After the visit, drive back to Noklak. Dinner and overnight stay in Noklak.

After breakfast, visit one or more villages in the neighbouring area before driving back to Tuensang. The village visits offer another opportunity to experience the traditional communities and rural landscapes of this part of Nagaland. On arrival in Tuensang, check into the Circuit House and take some time for relaxation. Later visit the Old Tuensang Village of the Chang Tribe, where the traditional village setting provides a closer look at Chang culture and community life. After breakfast, drive to Mokokchung, the cultural centre of the Ao Naga tribe. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. The location of the village high on a hill is one of its defining features, with houses overlooking an unending chain of green hills that changes colour with the rising sun. The tourist lodge, although situated away from the village, is well positioned to receive the evening sunlight. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kohima. En route visit the old village of Touphema Bawe, associated with the Angami Naga community and offering an opportunity to experience the traditional village environment. Continue towards Kohima through the hills of Nagaland. The town is situated at an altitude of approximately 5,000 feet and is surrounded by hills dotted with villages, providing a natural setting for exploring the tribal culture of the region. After breakfast, visit the local market before driving to Khonoma Village, approximately 20 kms away. Khonoma is renowned for the valour and courage of its people, while the Khonoma Gate recalls the history of British infiltration into the Naga Hills. Explore the village and interact with the local villagers to experience its traditional community life. Drive back to Kohima for lunch and visit the State Museum, followed by the famous Kohima War Cemetery, a symbolic memorial commemorating the supreme sacrifice made by officers and men of the Allied forces during World War II. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Dimapur. On arrival, transfer to Dimapur Airport to board the scheduled flight for Kolkata.
