Arrival in Mumbai

Welcome to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai. Our representative will receive you and transfer you by air-conditioned vehicle to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in, all tour-related documents and itinerary details will be explained. If time permits, you may explore nearby markets, cafés or the city's lively waterfront at your own pace. Overnight stay at the hotel.

02 Day

Mumbai Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the highlights of Mumbai. Visit the iconic Gateway of India before taking a boat ride to the Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its rock-cut caves dedicated to Lord Shiva. Continue to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, showcasing art, archaeology and natural history collections, followed by a drive past the Maharashtra Vidhan Bhavan. Later, visit Nariman Point, Marine Drive, Dhobi Ghat, Mani Bhavan and the ISKCON Temple. If time permits, continue to Bandra and Juhu, known for their seafront promenades and celebrity residences. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Note: The Elephanta Caves and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya remain closed on Mondays.

Mumbai - Goa (By Air)

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Goa. Upon arrival, transfer to your beach resort. The remainder of the day is free to relax along Goa's famous coastline, known for its palm-fringed beaches, Portuguese heritage and Arabian Sea sunsets. You may also enjoy optional beach activities or simply unwind at the resort. Overnight stay at the resort.

04 Day

Goa Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the historic landmarks of Old Goa. Visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site housing the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier, followed by the grand Se Cathedral, one of Asia's largest churches. Continue to the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, the Convent of St. Monica and Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort overlooking the Arabian Sea. The evening is free to relax at the beach or explore nearby cafés and markets. Overnight stay at the resort.

05 Day

Leisure in Goa

After breakfast, enjoy a day at leisure in Goa. Relax on the beach, explore local cafés and markets or choose from optional activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, scuba diving and sunset cruises. The day is free to experience Goa at your own pace. Overnight stay at the resort.

Goa - Ahmedabad (By Air)

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, transfer to your pre-booked hotel. The remainder of the day is free to relax or explore nearby markets at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

07 Day

Ahmedabad Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the heritage attractions of Ahmedabad. Visit the intricately carved Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, followed by the historic Jama Masjid, one of India's finest examples of Indo-Islamic architecture. Continue to the white marble Hutheesing Jain Temple, the historic Dada Hari Stepwell, the famous Shaking Minarets and the Sabarmati Ashram, where Mahatma Gandhi lived during India's freedom movement. Later, visit Kankaria Lake, a popular recreational lake surrounded by gardens and walking paths. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Ahmedabad - Rajkot

(215 kms: 5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Rajkot. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel before exploring the city's attractions. Visit Kaba Gandhi No Delo, Mahatma Gandhi's childhood home converted into a museum, followed by the Watson Museum, showcasing the history and culture of Saurashtra. Continue to Aji Dam, Jagat Mandir, Rajkumar College, Lang Library and Lal Pari Lake. In the evening, explore the local markets, well known for Bandhani textiles, mirror work, embroidery and handcrafted souvenirs. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Rajkot - Porbandar

After breakfast, check out and drive to Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel before visiting Kirti Mandir, the memorial built around Gandhi's ancestral home. Continue to the Nehru Planetarium (Tara Mandir), Bharat Mandir, displaying sculptures and exhibits depicting India's cultural heritage, and Porbandar Beach (Willingdon Marina Beach), overlooking the Arabian Sea. Later, view the elegant Huzoor Palace, the former royal residence situated along the coastline. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Porbandar - Junagadh

After breakfast, check out and drive to Junagadh, a historic city at the foothills of the Girnar range. Upon arrival, visit the ornate Mahabat Maqbara, followed by the ancient Uparkot Fort, originally built over 2,300 years ago. Explore the historic stepwells Adi Kadi Vav and Navghan Kuvo, continue to the Ashokan Rock Edicts, inscribed during the reign of Emperor Ashoka, and visit the nearby Buddhist Caves. Later, relax at Sarkeshwar Beach before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Junagadh - Sasan Gir

After breakfast, check out and drive to Sasan Gir, home to the world's only wild population of Asiatic Lions. Upon arrival, check in at the jungle resort before enjoying an afternoon safari through Gir National Park. Besides Asiatic lions, the sanctuary is home to leopards, striped hyenas, sambar deer, nilgai, marsh crocodiles and more than 300 species of birds. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Sasan Gir - Somnath

(70 kms: 2 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Somnath, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel before visiting the revered Somnath Temple, rebuilt several times throughout history and standing prominently along the Arabian Sea. Continue to Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Hiran, Kapila and Saraswati rivers, before spending time at the nearby Somnath Beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Somnath - Diu

(85 kms: 2 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Diu, a former Portuguese colony situated along the Arabian Sea. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel before visiting St. Paul's Church, celebrated for its intricate Baroque architecture, followed by the Diu Museum, housed inside the former St. Thomas Church. Continue to Sunset Point, overlooking Chakratirth Beach, before spending the remainder of the evening at leisure along the coastline. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Diu Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the attractions of Diu. Visit the historic Diu Fort, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century overlooking the Arabian Sea, followed by the nearby Panikota Fort, located on a small island offshore. Continue to the naturally carved Naida Caves, relax at Nagoa Beach, visit the ancient Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, where five Shiva lingams are washed by sea waves during high tide, and conclude at the historic Zampa Gateway, one of Diu's iconic Portuguese-era landmarks. Diu - Palitana - Bhavnagar

(200 kms: 5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Bhavnagar. En route, visit Palitana, one of Jainism's most sacred pilgrimage centres, renowned for the magnificent marble temples atop Shatrunjaya Hill. Later continue to Bhavnagar and check in at the hotel. If time permits, visit the Takhteshwar Temple, overlooking the city, followed by Gaurishankar Lake and the historic Lock Gate. Overnight stay at the hotel.

16 Day

Velavadar National Park Excursion

(55 kms: 1½ hrs one way)

Early morning, drive to Blackbuck National Park, Velavadar, a protected grassland ecosystem once used as the private hunting grounds of the Maharaja of Bhavnagar. Enjoy a wildlife safari in search of blackbucks, Indian wolves, striped hyenas, jackals, jungle cats and numerous grassland bird species, including harriers that gather here in one of the world's largest winter roosts. Later, return to Bhavnagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

17 Day

Bhavnagar - Mumbai (By Air) - Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Bhavnagar Airport to board your flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival, connect with your onward international flight. Your tour concludes with wonderful memories of Maharashtra's vibrant city life, Goa's beaches and the rich heritage, wildlife and pilgrimage destinations of Gujarat.
